The Idea

It's easy to tell you what I do and the impact that I have on clients' business, but I want to show you what I do and showcase a sample of my impact in your business. 

The Logic
  1. Referrals become much easier when I’ve seen someone in action rather than just hearing their pitch. So,I want to make referring easier for you by providing a clear and  vivid (first-hand) understanding of what I do.

  2. My hypothesis is that your audience will be most intrigued by an ad for a service that you've used (and liked). I'm hoping his will build trust for my brand faster.

How it works

  • Pick a sales challenge that you are facing (that would also resonate with your audience), we do a 60min or 30min session (whichever you prefer) working through the challenge, I recommend ideas to improve.

Share feedback

  • If you think the service is something that will help your audience, we'll quickly discuss what you got out of the session and write/record them. This will be used for the newsletter ad copy and posted on my testimonials page​

  • Basic training

    • Sample Scale: We'll choose one phase of the sales process and take a deep dive into best practices to complete that phase

    • Full Scale: With clients, I walk them through the full, multi-phase framework, do a deep dive into how to complete each phase and how each phase is connected. The end outcome is a fully-formed plan of attack to develop and close each opportunity in their pipeline. Basic training topics include:

      • ​Discovery

      • Presentation

      • Pricing

      • Procurement

      • Service Delivery

      • Objections

      • Qualification

      • Opportunity Management

  • Tactical advising

    • Sample Scale: Same as full scale!

    • Full Scale: With clients, I take on specific sales challenges (applied training, if you will). Example challenges:

      • "I'm getting ghosted after proposals"

      • "I can't book meetings when I get a referral"

      • "I can't tell if I'm leading my calls effectively"

    • We'll talk through the challenge to get to the root problem and I'll advice on tweaks to their process that can get them better results. These usually happen in one-hour sessions.

  • Sales Systems Development

    • Sample Scale: We'll quickly discuss a process challenge and I'll show tools, designs, and frameworks that can help you improve. This is the hardest to sample in one hour so, we'll get as far as we can!

    • Full Scale: With clients, I would give recommendations and support with the development of the needed systems to make the recommend improvements (multiple hours of work).

    • Ex. If getting ghosted after proposal, I'll train the client on and develop systems for:

      • How to deliver pricing

      • Discovery questions to ask during pricing calls

      • Objection handlers for pricing

      • Next steps for pricing

      • Follow up sequence after delivering pricing

      • Follow up sequences if they ghost

      • Champion management best practice resources
