I’ve closed over a hundred deals and more than $7M in revenue across a mix of sales environments—not because I’m some “natural closer,” but because I know how to build and execute processes that produce consistently and reliably.
Most founders have too little time to step back and learn their system. Without a clear system, things starts to slip: missed follow-ups, stalled opportunities, inconsistent outreach, revenue that feels good one month and terrifying the next.
I started Small Axe Sales to help founders understand and execute their process so they can love their work.

Why “Small Axe”?
My business name comes from the Bob Marley & The Wailers song Small Axe. There’s a line in that song:
“If you are the big tree, we are the small axe—sharpened to cut you down.”
The song is about ordinary people having the power to create their own autonomy, even in systems built to work against them.
My work isn’t nearly as world-changing, but the spirit fits:
I help founders build businesses that give them more control over their lives. When your sales process works, your business works and when your business works, you get: more stability, more options, more power.
I’ve worked in enough sales environments to know exactly where deals stall and why.
And I’ve seen the difference a well-built system makes:
-
clearer priorities
-
cleaner pipeline
-
higher close rates
-
fewer “fire drill” months
-
more predictable revenue (and breathing room)
At the end of the day, strong inputs yield strong outputs. The strength of your sales process is the strength of your business.
