Back in 2020 I was leading a territory at my W2, starting up my real estate sales business and finishing my first investment property renovation
Not nearly enough sleep those days -never again. BUT it taught me something every business owner should know.
How to build effective and streamlined sales systems.
I didn’t have all day to do 1 job. I had half a day (at the most) to do each job.
Sound familiar? Looking at every business owner!
We can't ignore sales, but we also don't have the time to spend all day JUST on sales.

So, your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to reflect on these questions and find 1 thing you can do to speed up or improve your sales cycle.
That experience required me to figure out:
What am I doing that isn’t working/making a difference (cut what’s slowing me down)
Ex. Spending hours making custom proposals, endlessly emailing back and forth with prospects, constantly grinding for new leads
What I wasn’t doing that was hurting me (add what makes me more effective)
Ex. Not recording calls with note taker, not effectively using CRM, not making account plans for each prospect
What I was doing that should not change (hone in on what was working)
Ex. Bringing positive energy to each call, being patient with prospect questions, sharing relatable anecdotes and stories
Let me know what ideas you come up with!
Want help making your sales process the streamlined, effective and repeatable process we know it can be?
